Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project coordination
Project Management: Prepare and process various survey documents including lot line adjustments, parcel maps, and condominium plans
Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in 3D mapping and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D to drive innovation and efficiency in surveying processes
Team Leadership: Direct and supervise survey crews, ensuring adherence to field and office standards while providing mentorship to junior staff
Community Engagement: Represent the organization at project meetings and public hearings, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying plus 4+ years
Certification: Licensed Land Surveyor in California or LSIT ready to take LS exam
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with a strong grasp of surveying standards and procedures
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, with exceptional organizational and time management skills
