Responsibilities
- As a Service Account Manager you will be responsible for prospecting new and existing business within the real estate space to sell and agree maintenance and service contracts agreements surrounding HVAC Controls and BMS Systems
- Work with customers to identify there service BMS needs and guide them through the buying process to agree and close business
- Attend real estate events, customer focus groups, networking and industry events to meet new customers cultivate relationships and increase brand awareness
Requirements
- Over 3 years experience in a B2B sales role focused on selling to the real estate industry
- Prior experience with building automation, building management systems and HVAC Controls is a MUST
- Experience in selling maintenance and service agreements would be highly preferable
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and building systems is necessary
