We’ll capture everything we need to know about your EVP from the project kick-off call and deliver first drafts of briefing packs within 5 working days and microsites within 7 working days. Make no mistake, though; the search begins immediately from that very first call. 
How does the onboarding process work?
We’ll start with an initial inception call, where our team of expert recruiters will dial in on your brief, company sell, salary benchmarks, and interview process to form a success plan. The following onboarding documents also outline helpful actions to complete in advance of the briefing call for Talent Finder + and Team Builder Project customers. Finally, we’ll align with your process in terms of sending shortlists, and you can then expect to see great profiles within days.
