Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand practice teams for advanced multi-discipline projects in renewable energy, sustainability, solar engineering, and battery storage systems
  • Bring your entrepreneurial spirit to the table and craft a vision for the growth of a regional renewable energy practice and beyond
  • Enjoy autonomy to spearhead and nurture your business, setting goals, and fostering positive client relationships
  • Lead with integrity, sound business principles, and effective communication within your team and with partners
  • Drive the growth of their Renewable Energy Practice, mentoring staff and ensuring project profitability

 

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in engineering, design, and management of renewable energy projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred
  • Established client contacts and relationships within the local market
  • Proven track record in business development and winning work.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills
  • Passion for client engagement and problem-solving
  • Ability to effectively manage and mentor staff while maintaining project profitability
