Responsibilities

  • Technical leadership: Manage continuous improvement initiatives, guide technical innovation, and ensure excellence in solar energy assessments and pre-construction analysis.

  • Innovate at the forefront of solar energy: You will be at the helm of shaping the technical strategy for solar energy initiatives. From refining methodologies to exploring ground-breaking industry advancements, this is your chance to influence the future of solar modelling, through technology.
  • Mentor & Inspire: You’ll guide and mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise to foster growth and technical excellence within the team. Your leadership will shape the next generation of solar innovators.

Requirements

  • A degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

  • Expertise in solar energy resource assessments, meteorological data analysis, and energy production estimates.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
